When do I get my download?
For digital products, no physical item will be shipped. The item will be available for immediate download via the link provided when you complete checkout. If you need the link again or something has gone awry, just send me a note and I'll send you a fresh link.
How do you ship stuff?
Your order is packed - with love and care - and shipped from my studio via USPS, generally within 1 to 3 days. If something's going on that will take longer, I'll let you know and we'll work it out. As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with the tracking number.
